License Grant
All digital products sold by Love, Granny Gems LLC are licensed, not sold.
When you purchase a digital product from Love, Granny Gems LLC, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for personal or business educational purposes only.
This license is granted solely to the original purchaser.
Permitted Use
You MAY:
- Download and access the digital product for personal use
- Use the content for your own learning, education, or business development
- Reference the material while creating your own original content or strategies
Prohibited Use
You may NOT, under any circumstances:
- ❌ Share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or gift the product
- ❌ Upload the product to any website, platform, cloud storage, or group
- ❌ Include the content in courses, memberships, coaching programs, or bundles
- ❌ Claim the content as your own
- ❌ Modify, repackage, or rebrand the content for resale
- ❌ Use the content for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and possible legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights
All digital products, downloads, written materials, branding, graphics, and intellectual property are the exclusive property of Love, Granny Gems LLC.
This agreement does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
No Guarantees or Warranties
All digital products are provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
Love, Granny Gems LLC makes no guarantees regarding:
- Earnings
- Income
- Platform approval
- Account growth
- Monetization results
Results vary based on effort, experience, and external factors beyond our control.
Termination of License
Love, Granny Gems LLC reserves the right to revoke or terminate this license immediately if:
- The agreement is violated
- Content theft or redistribution is detected
- Fraud or chargeback abuse occurs
Upon termination, all access rights are revoked.
No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are offered, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love, Granny Gems LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- Use or misuse of digital products
- Inability to access content
- Business loss, income loss, or platform changes
Governing Law
This Digital License Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
Acceptance of License
By purchasing, downloading, or accessing any digital product from Love, Granny Gems LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital License Agreement in full.
